The operation converts a medication in the medication database to Medication and MedicationKnowledge resources that conform to the profiles by Kanta Services (MedicationListMedication, MedicationListMedicationKnowledge). These resources can be used as references in a MedicationRequest that is to be sent to the Kanta Prescription Centre.
