The operation generates signable documents of listed resources and saves them as DocumentReference resources that reference the original resources. The operation returns a Task resource with information about the resources and command data with necessary parameters for signing.
MedicationRequests: All MedicationRequests that are prepared for signing need to have a status 'draft' and be prescribed for the same patient by the author who makes the request.
