The value set used to indicate whether the appointment information can be displayed in different situations. The value set contains the following code systems: a) Custodian's right to handle appointment information (fipta-vs-visibletocustodian). The custodian's right to handle appointment information is granted at the time the appointment is made. b) Disclosure of service event information to the custodian (fipta-vs-restrictionparent). The information regarding the disclosure of the service event to the custodian is provided at the time the service event is created. The value is returned within the appointment resource. c) Whether the disclosure of information to the citizen is delayed (fipta-vs-releaseforpatientviewing). In addition, the value set contains the code system fipta-cs-returnrestricted, the information of which electronic health record (EHR) systems do not require when processing appointments.
