Complex Extension: Extension used in appointment booking to indicate:

  • The e-service link
  • Whether the system supports acting on behalf of a minor
  • Whether the system supports proxy access by authorization on behalf of an adult
  • Whether the system supports register-based proxy access on behalf of an adult.

  • URL: url: This field contains a link through which the customer can move to the e-service to perform follow-up actions, for example to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
  • SupportsMinor: boolean: This field contains information on whether the system accessed through the electronic service address supports acting on behalf of a minor.
